A Hands-On, 2-Day Intensive Training
Master the art of small animal echocardiography in this immersive course designed to transform your diagnostic capabilities. Through a blend of expert-led lectures and intensive practical sessions, you’ll develop the confidence and technical proficiency to perform and interpret echocardiograms with precision—whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills.
What You’ll Learn:
Fundamentals to advanced techniques:
Ultrasound physics, probe handling, and patient positioning.
Acquisition of standard views (right parasternal, left apical 4-chamber, subcostal).
Mastery of M-mode measurements (LVIDd/s, FS%, LA/Ao) and Doppler applications (PW/CW).
Pathology recognition:
Identify echocardiographic changes in MMVD, HCM, pericardial effusion, and more.
Differentiate normal vs. abnormal findings through live and pre-recorded cases.
