Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Vetducate. By registering for our courses or accessing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your relationship with Vetducate Pte Ltd ("Vetducate", "we", "us", or "our").

1. General

Vetducate offers veterinary education and training courses, workshops, and events both in-person and online. These terms apply to all course participants, users of our services, and visitors to our website.

2. Course Registration

• Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of the course fee.

• Participants will receive a confirmation email with course details after successful registration.

• Vetducate reserves the right to decline any registration at its sole discretion.

 

3. Course Fees and Payment

• All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, or other methods as indicated on our website.

• Course fees are non-transferable and apply only to the specific course and session for which the registration was made.

 

4. Changes and Cancellations by Vetducate

• Vetducate reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel any course due to insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.

• In such cases, affected participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another session or course.

 

5. Participant Cancellations

• Cancellation by the participant must be made in writing via email to info@vetducate.com.

• Refunds are subject to the terms in our Refund Policy (see below).

 

6. Transfers and Substitutions

• Requests to transfer to another course date or session must be submitted at least 14 days before the scheduled start date. (Fees may apply)

• Substitutions (transferring the seat to another qualified individual) may be accepted at Vetducate’s discretion with prior written notice.

 

7. Attendance and Conduct

• Participants are expected to attend all sessions of the course and adhere to professional conduct at all times.

• Vetducate reserves the right to remove any participant displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.

 

8. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, including handouts, slides, videos, and assessments, are the property of Vetducate or its licensors.

• Materials are provided for personal educational use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written consent.

 

9. Disclaimer

• The content of our courses is intended for educational purposes and does not replace clinical judgment or legal advice.

• While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Vetducate does not guarantee the completeness or applicability of any course content.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

• Vetducate’s total liability shall be limited to the amount of course fees paid.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

11. Privacy and Data Protection

• We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• By registering, you consent to receive communications related to your course or future Vetducate offerings.

 

12. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

• Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

 

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Vetducate is committed to providing quality educational experiences. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and this policy outlines our approach to cancellations and refunds.

 

1. Refund Eligibility

Notice Period Before Course Start

More than 30 days: 100% refund

15 to 30 days: 40% refund

Less than 14 days: No refund

Note: All refunds are subject to a 5% administrative fee to cover transaction and processing costs.

 

2. Transfers and Substitutions

• You may request to substitute another participant at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 14 days before the course start date.

• Requests made less than 14 days before the course start date will be reviewed case-by-case and may not be approved.

 

3. No-Shows

• Participants who do not attend the course without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

 

4. Course Cancellations by Vetducate

• If Vetducate cancels a course for any reason, participants will be offered the choice of:

  • A full refund

  • A transfer to another scheduled session of the same course

  • A credit valid for up to 12 months

 

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation, refund, or transfer:

• Include: Your full name, course title, date, and reason for cancellation

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.
