A Hands-On, 2-Day Intensive Training
Master the art of small animal echocardiography in this immersive course designed to transform your diagnostic capabilities. Through a blend of expert-led lectures and intensive practical sessions, you will develop the confidence and technical proficiency to perform and interpret echocardiograms with precision whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your skills.
What You Will Learn
- Fundamentals to advanced techniques
- Ultrasound physics, probe handling, and patient positioning.
- Acquisition of standard views including right parasternal, left apical 4-chamber, and subcostal views.
- Mastery of M-mode measurements (LVIDd/s, FS%, LA/Ao) and Doppler applications (PW/CW).
- Pathology recognition
- Identify echocardiographic changes in MMVD, HCM, pericardial effusion, and more.
- Differentiate normal versus abnormal findings through live and pre-recorded cases.
