Meet Your Instructor: Dr. Charles Kuntz
Dr. Charles Kuntz is a globally renowned veterinary surgeon, graduating in 1990 (Florida). He trained at NYC’s Animal Medical Center, completed a Master’s and Surgical Residency at Virginia Tech, and pursued fellowships in Cardiac Surgery and Surgical Oncology. He founded a busy surgical referral practice in Washington, DC, before moving to Australia in 2004 and establishing Southpaws Specialty Surgery for Animals in Melbourne.
A prolific author, he has published extensively on surgery and surgical oncology. He served on the DC Academy of Veterinary Medicine Board and as Program Chair, while mentoring numerous interns and residents.
